Supply Chain Manager – Remote Contract ($40-$50/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Supply Chain Manager to support our logistics projects on a contract basis. You will work 10‑40 hours per week, reviewing documentation, improving processes, and providing expert feedback to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze logistics documents for authenticity, accuracy, and industry compliance.
• Develop and annotate sample documentation to illustrate best practices.
• Evaluate current supply chain workflows and recommend improvements based on real‑world experience.
• Deliver detailed feedback on logistics scenarios, focusing on document structure and process optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and explain complex logistics concepts.
• Participate in quality‑assurance activities by validating the relevance and correctness of supply chain data sets.

Required profile

• Strong experience in logistics and supply chain management, especially with packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics workflows, documentation, and global supply chain operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and creating documentation.
• Proven analytical skills and a track record of identifying process improvements.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
