About the role
The Supervisor F2F will be responsible for achieving the commercial budget by leading multiple sales teams across assigned sponsors. This position focuses on direct face‑to‑face sales activities and coordination of field operations in the Santa Ana area.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed budget targets.
- Lead and coordinate sales teams distributed across various sponsors.
- Conduct regular visits to retail points of sale to monitor performance and provide guidance.
- Implement sales strategies and adjust tactics based on market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to address operational issues.
Required profile
- Advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in face‑to‑face sales.
- Prior experience supervising sales teams and conducting store visits is desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Residence in Santa Ana, Escazú, Desamparados or San José.
