Supervisor de Planta – Licencia B1 al día (GAM)

About the role

The plant supervisor will plan, coordinate, supervise and control all operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with current environmental and sanitary regulations in Costa Rica. The role also guarantees personnel safety, proper equipment functioning, and full product traceability from receipt to final disposal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily production schedules.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, health and safety standards.
• Supervise plant staff and ensure safe work practices.
• Maintain equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Track product flow and ensure accurate documentation throughout the process.
• Coordinate with logistics to manage internal movements within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM).

Required profile

• University student in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health, or Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production processes.
• Valid B1 driver’s license.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday and travel within the GAM.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of occupational safety practices.
