About the role
The Assistant Manager – Outlet will support the Outlet Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. The role focuses on delivering high guest satisfaction while maintaining budgetary discipline.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing the outlet as an independent profit centre, adhering to the outlet’s operating concept.
- Support staff in meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
- Monitor financial performance and help achieve budget targets.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt International standards and brand guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
- Minimum two years experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager, Team Leader or Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards.
