Strategy & Business Operations Head – CAMCAR

About the role

This senior position will act as a strategic advisor to the Cluster President and the CAMCAR Senior Management Team. You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring that short‑term performance aligns with long‑term growth ambitions across the LATAM region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Cluster President to define, prioritize and execute the strategic agenda, ensuring alignment with AstraZeneca’s Ambition 2030 and LATAM objectives.
• Provide business insights, structured analysis and scenario planning to enable strategic decision‑making.
• Lead the CAMCAR Scorecard, monitor key performance metrics and drive disciplined execution through governance.
• Drive transformation, innovation and organizational effectiveness initiatives in collaboration with LATAM Strategy & Business Operations.
• Identify performance improvement opportunities and ensure accountability for strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategy development, business operations or management consulting within a large, complex organization.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complexity.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
