Labeling Artwork & Packaging Implementation Specialist

About the role

The specialist acts as the ePALMS Market Coordinator, partnering with Global Regulatory Affairs and Pfizer sites to manage artwork requests and ensure timely implementation of labeling and packaging changes.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and build Pfizer Artwork Requests (PARs) with markets, ensuring all specifications and documentation are complete for production.
• Coordinate change‑control logistics across departments, track KPIs, and support large‑scale artwork projects.
• Review final artwork, manage approvals in ePALMS, and upload revised assets for future cycles.
• Research root‑cause issues for quality investigations and respond to regulatory agency queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 4‑6 years in artwork change‑control processes.
• Familiarity with biopharmaceutical regulatory environment, cGMPs, and labeling regulations.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work under tight timelines, and willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Required skills

• Document management systems: ePALMS, GLAMS, BLUE, GDMS, Agile, PfLEET.
• Business analytics tools: Business Objects, Spotfire, Tableau.
• Proofreading and copy‑editing tools: Docu‑Proof, TVT.
• Proficiency with PC business software (document authoring, spreadsheets, databases, presentations).
