Strategic Engagement Manager – Enterprise Banking

About the role

Insight Global's client is looking for a Strategic Engagement Manager to lead enterprise banking engagements. You will act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with full visibility of risks and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Lead project planning, coordination, status reporting, and timeline management.
• Track utilization, forecasting, burn rates, and overall financial performance of engagements.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding, and resource planning activities.
• Coordinate invoicing, purchase orders, and change‑request processes.
• Proactively escalate issues and drive resolution.
• Identify and implement improvements to project management processes and operational efficiencies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Project Management or Program Management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a financial services environment.
• Background in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, or utilization tracking.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities.
