Staffing Frontiers Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Staffing Frontiers Consultant to join BairesDev’s remote talent acquisition team. In this position you will bridge client services, sales and recruitment, ensuring that vetted IT candidates are matched quickly and effectively to business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize the existing pool of vetted candidates for IT projects.
• Select, prepare and present candidates to clients, managing the end‑to‑end vetting process.
• Maintain and clean open requisitions, keeping pipelines up to date.
• Communicate regularly with clients, client services and sales teams to align expectations and timelines.
• Meet time‑to‑market targets while supporting revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager or similar client‑facing role.
• Proven experience in the IT industry and in staffing or recruitment contexts.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail‑oriented mindset with strong business and process orientation.
• Excellent English communication skills – articulate and eloquent.
