Specialist, Business Finance Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and analytical finance professional to join our team in Costa Rica as a Business Finance Commercial Specialist. The role acts as a Finance Business Partner for commercial and operational areas, supporting the Head of Finance for Central America and driving regional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to align financial and commercial strategies, providing direct support to the Head of Finance for Central America.
• Evaluate the financial impact of commercial initiatives and deliver strategic analysis for decision‑making.
• Analyze, validate, and monitor the sales pipeline, order intake, and revenue forecasts.
• Conduct margin analysis, identify variances, risks, and opportunities for profitability improvement.
• Manage commercial budget planning, monitoring, and variance reporting.
