About the role

As a Specialist Benefits, HR Solutions you will help create a best‑in‑class employee experience by delivering expert HR services across multiple pillars such as workforce flexibility, compensation, payroll, talent acquisition and employee relations. You will act as an escalation point for Tier‑1 HR representatives, partnering with people leaders, employees and HR Business Partners to resolve complex cases and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on program development to enhance employee experience while meeting function‑specific needs.
• Design, implement and manage end‑to‑end HR solutions across several pillars, identifying continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Engage with third‑party vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Handle escalated, moderately complex HR inquiries and act as reviewer/approver of transactions.
• Develop communication materials for programs, plans, policies and processes.
• Conduct audits and validations to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Stay current on HR trends and recommend best practices to leadership.
• Perform other incidental duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience managing processes for the assigned function.

Required skills

• Experience with HR case‑management systems.
• Familiarity with employee and manager self‑service platforms.
