Spare Parts Business Systems Analyst / Project Manager

About the role

This position is a hybrid role within Hewlett Packard Enterprise, requiring on‑site presence two days a week. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for spare‑parts supply‑chain business systems, supporting planning, inventory, fulfillment, repair, order management and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across IT, operations, logistics, finance and external partners to capture business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, user stories and solution designs.
• Lead fit‑gap analysis, process mapping, root‑cause investigations and impact assessments for system enhancements and integrations.
• Support system design, configuration validation, testing, user‑acceptance testing, defect triage, training and deployment readiness.
• Maintain governance over master data, process controls, reporting accuracy and system adoption to improve visibility and decision‑making.
• Identify and drive opportunities to simplify processes, increase automation, improve data quality and enhance end‑to‑end supply‑chain performance.
• Own project planning and execution for assigned initiatives, managing scope, milestones, risks, issues and stakeholder communications.

Required profile

• Proven experience working as a business systems analyst or similar role within a supply‑chain or logistics environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and documentation skills.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating teams and delivering status updates to leadership.
