Scale Solution Engineer

About the role

Databricks is looking for a Scale Solution Engineer to help customers adopt and scale the Data + AI Platform. You will guide customers through pre‑sales, onboarding and production phases, using AI‑augmented workflows to deliver high‑quality technical assistance at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure an excellent experience.
• Become an expert on the Databricks Data + AI Platform and guide customers in making optimal technical decisions.
• Work concurrently with multiple customers, delivering tailored technical solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assess needs, build relationships and showcase platform value.
• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical role, preferably in Data, AI, or Cloud.
• Knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with AI‑driven development using Python or SQL.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end data analytics and data engineering workflows.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritization abilities.
