Sourcing Specialist – Strategic Procurement

About the role

JLL is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to lead strategic procurement initiatives that add value across the organization. You will manage the full sourcing lifecycle, from analysis to contract execution, while guiding a team and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive sourcing analyses for internal clients and deliver recommendations within five business days.
• Supervise and mentor the sourcing team to ensure efficient, high‑quality delivery of sourcing activities.
• Engage stakeholders across the business to align sourcing efforts with global procurement practices and business goals.
• Monitor deliveries, claims, returns, and exchanges of goods and services as required.
• Develop, negotiate, and implement supplier agreements in line with Delegation of Authority limits.
• Link supplier capabilities with JLL client needs to create competitive advantages.
• Support the Sourcing Coordinator or Regional Sourcing Manager with market intelligence and strategy development.
• Identify and apply AI and automation tools to streamline processes such as invoice processing, risk assessment, and supplier classification.
• Maintain vendor files, including contracts, amendments, certificates of insurance, and legal documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of procurement or sourcing experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Strong analytical abilities with a data‑driven approach to sourcing.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with procurement systems.
