Collector Analyst - French

About the role

This evergreen position is designed to build a pipeline of French‑speaking talent for future Collector Analyst opportunities within Bridgestone's Order‑to‑Cash organization in Costa Rica. While there may be no immediate opening, selected candidates will be considered for upcoming collection, account management, and dispute‑resolution roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts by reviewing aging reports, prioritising collection activities based on risk and exposure, and executing strategies to reduce delinquency.
• Perform proactive collection outreach via phone, email and approved channels while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Investigate, reconcile and resolve account issues such as payment disputes, unapplied cash, deductions and short payments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, Logistics and other partners to address customer concerns and improve end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes.
• Review and approve order releases within authority limits, assessing payment behaviour and credit risk.

Required profile

• Fluency in French to support French‑speaking customers.
• Experience in collections, account reconciliation or related Order‑to‑Cash functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
