About the role

We are looking for a Systems Engineering professional to manage, configure and maintain the company’s technology infrastructure. The role ensures availability, security, performance and operational continuity of platforms, servers and systems in a hybrid work environment based in Costa Rica.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, operating systems and technology platforms.
• Install, configure and update software and hardware components.
• Monitor infrastructure performance to guarantee stability and availability.
• Handle incidents, problems and technical support requests.
• Implement access controls and security measures.
• Execute backups and support disaster‑recovery plans.
• Automate operational tasks and recurring processes.
• Coordinate activities with development, network and support teams.
• Apply patches, updates and infrastructure improvements.
• Document configurations, procedures and changes.
• Participate in resource optimization and capacity initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
• Proficiency with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization, networking and server management.
• Familiarity with monitoring and automation tools.
• Knowledge of IT security and backup management.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
