Solutions Architect – Enterprise Solution Governance

About the role

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to lead the definition and governance of enterprise solution architectures across our corporate functions. You will act as the strategic bridge between business units—Finance, People Organization, Legal, Construction, and Real Estate—and technology teams, ensuring that solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the architecture focal point for corporate areas, aligning business strategy with technology solutions.
• Define and govern enterprise solution architectures, establishing principles, standards, integration patterns, and governance models.
• Formalize document processing capabilities into a unified enterprise capability with clear ownership and roadmap.
• Establish governance for scaling document processing into new markets.
• Define domain boundaries and integration contracts for core HR capabilities.
• Own the architecture of the finance‑to‑analytics data chain, ensuring clear data flows and documented integration patterns.
• Integrate specialized initiatives such as EDI into the broader procure‑to‑pay architecture.
• Evaluate and guide solution decisions across applications, data, integrations, and emerging capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise solution architecture within large, multi‑domain organizations.
• Strong ability to partner with senior business stakeholders and translate complex needs into technical strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to convey architectural decisions and governance models.
