Solutions Architect - Databricks (Remote)

About the role

We partner with global enterprises to design and build large‑scale data platforms that power digital products used by millions. As a Senior Solutions Architect you will lead the design of secure, high‑performance data solutions on AWS with Databricks at the core, working directly with clients and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end data architectures on AWS, centering on Databricks.
• Own architectural decisions across data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and platform integrations.
• Translate complex business and product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define standards, patterns, and best practices for building with PySpark, Python, SQL, and Databricks.
• Act as a technical leader and advisor for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering stakeholders to ensure alignment and long‑term scalability.
• Review designs and implementations for performance, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Proven experience designing enterprise‑grade data platforms and architectures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to maintain at least a 6‑hour overlap with U.S. Pacific, Central, or Eastern business hours.
