Software Engineer (Node.js/React) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a full‑stack Software Engineer to join our financial platform team. You will work remotely, delivering high‑quality code across both backend and frontend layers while collaborating with cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Write, ship, and maintain production code daily using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
• Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs on AWS infrastructure.
• Implement responsive, maintainable frontend interfaces, debug React rendering issues, and tune PostgreSQL queries.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to turn requirements into shipped features.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and data integrity for financial applications.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Several years of professional software development experience with active hands‑on coding in the past 12 months.
• Recent backend development experience with Node.js and demonstrable shipped projects within the last year.
• Advanced frontend experience with React.js and Next.js, including hooks, state management, and modern Next.js features.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL schema design, query optimization, indexing, and data modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
