Senior IT Project Manager – Enterprise Projects

About the role

CRG is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise‑wide technology initiatives. The role partners with sponsors, stakeholders, technical teams and third‑party suppliers to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while ensuring clear communication and risk visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT projects using PMO best practices, defining scope, schedules, resources and success criteria.
• Monitor project health, manage risks, issues and change requests, and ensure disciplined change control.
• Coordinate global teams, third‑party suppliers and multiple locations, tracking budgets and contract adherence.
• Ensure compliance with security, quality assurance, testing and other enterprise IT processes.

Required profile

• Fluent English (high proficiency).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT or business‑related experience.
• 7+ years of project management or delivery leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise application implementations in a global, matrixed environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
• Project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, Kanban, SAFe.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP or SAFe.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, servers, databases, cybersecurity and identity/access management.
• Familiarity with Oracle and enterprise application projects.
