Software Developer

About the role

Join Harris Recording Solutions as a Software Developer, contributing to a client‑server product suite that captures and delivers official records securely. You will work remotely from Costa Rica, collaborating with a global R&D team across multiple business verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and implement changes to the core product suite, ensuring high quality and reusability.
• Write code that follows functional and technical specifications and participates in code reviews and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience orchestrating AI agents in an AI‑centric software development lifecycle.
• Minimum 1 year of object‑oriented programming with C# and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, triggers) and ability to validate AI‑generated code and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills, with a willingness to continuously learn new AI models and tools.
