AI/ML Engineer

About the role

Join Harris as an AI/ML Engineer and help build, deploy, and operate AI and machine‑learning systems across multiple business verticals. You will focus on robustness, scalability, and production‑ready solutions that bridge data science and software engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy ML and Generative AI solutions into production systems.
• Productionize models via APIs, micro‑services, or batch pipelines.
• Implement LLM‑based systems (RAG, embeddings, evaluation, prompt optimization).
• Optimize performance, latency, cost, and reliability of AI services.
• Maintain model monitoring, logging, and retraining workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience with large language models and NLP using LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• 3+ years developing API/micro‑services with Java.Net or JavaScript.
• 3+ years working with generative AI tools such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities.
