Social Commerce Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Social Commerce Coordinator to manage creator and affiliate programs for multiple e‑commerce clients. This remote, full‑time position focuses on day‑to‑day operations, influencer coordination, and performance tracking within TikTok Shop environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support execution of TikTok Shop creator and affiliate programs across client accounts.
• Coordinate creator outreach, onboarding, product sampling, and campaign activations.
• Maintain organized creator databases, campaign trackers, and dashboards.
• Manage workflows in TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Center, monitoring product availability and campaign progress.
• Update performance reports, monitor KPIs such as GMV, clicks, conversions, and affiliate metrics.
• Prepare client reports, meeting notes, and performance updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator operations, social commerce, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with professional written and verbal communication.
• Proactive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and eagerness to learn.
