Shipping Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

Fourthwall is seeking a remote Shipping Coordinator to own the day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of domestic and international parcel shipping. You will work with multiple carriers, shipping platforms and fulfilment partners to ensure orders ship on time, at the lowest sustainable cost, and in full compliance with global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily performance of domestic, international and regional parcel carriers.
• Manage workflows in shipping platforms, keeping rules, service mappings and carrier settings accurate.
• Conduct rate‑shopping and cost‑analysis to select the most efficient carrier and service.
• Ensure cross‑border shipments comply with IOSS, UK VAT, duties, taxes and country‑specific import rules.
• Maintain reliable integrations between shipping platforms, OMS, WMS and 3PL workflows.
• Produce clear reporting and dashboards on shipping spend, carrier performance and exceptions.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in ecommerce shipping, parcel logistics, carrier management or fulfilment operations.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Based in Latin America or Mexico is preferred.
• Available to work an 8‑hour shift within US time zones (9 AM‑5 PM EST/CT/MT/PT).
