Shipper Success Specialist (French) – Shipping Operations

About the role

The Shipper Success Specialist supports Amazon Shipping’s enterprise shippers, handling complex inquiries and escalations to improve their shipping operations. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring shippers receive timely, high‑quality assistance while contributing to continuous service improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑touch, day‑to‑day support to enterprise shippers, resolving inquiries and complex escalations with urgency.
• Escalate critical shipper issues, follow through with cross‑functional teams, and ensure resolution.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Amazon Shipping services, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze shipper issues, identify root causes, and collaborate on effective solutions.
• Document shipper pain points and deliver insights to leadership for product and process enhancements.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge resources to promote consistency and education.
• Track and report key performance metrics, continuously seeking service quality improvements.
