Senior Program Manager – AMXL CX & Growth

About the role

The Senior Program Manager will lead the integration and transformation of Amazon's AMXL Customer Experience and Growth organization, shaping its operating model and automation roadmap across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Define the combined organization’s operating model, including org design, process rationalization, and self‑sustaining mechanisms.
• Build and manage a process‑lifecycle evaluation framework to decide which workflows to automate, simplify, reallocate, or retire.
• Own the automation roadmap in partnership with data‑science, engineering, and technology teams, setting clear timelines and accountability.
• Drive cross‑functional alignment across supply chain, quality, and operations, navigating complex dynamics and building trust.
• Scale the operating model to new geographies, adapting to local carrier ecosystems, regulations, and workforce availability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, with a track record of owning end‑to‑end program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes, driving automation or standardization, and using data‑driven metrics for improvement.
• Ability to operate in high ambiguity, make trade‑offs between short‑term operational needs and long‑term strategic goals, and communicate persuasively across teams.
