Shipper Success Associate – French (Remote, Costa Rica)

About the role

Amazon Shipping is looking for a French‑speaking Shipper Success Associate to join its remote team in Costa Rica. In this full‑time, permanent position you will support shippers by answering inquiries, processing requests and ensuring a smooth shipping experience for Amazon’s business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to shipper inquiries through established channels, providing accurate information on services, policies and procedures.
• Process and track shipper requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow‑up within service level agreements.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members with clear context and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and update shipper records, case logs and internal tracking systems with high attention to detail.
• Assist in compiling data and reports on shipper interactions, issue trends and team performance metrics.
• Support the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge‑base articles and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to established workflows.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica and located in the country.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance targets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
• Detail‑oriented record‑keeping and data‑entry abilities.
• Basic proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets).
