Servicing and Settlements Specialist (Remote)

About the role

PROVE Partners is looking for a dedicated Servicing and Settlements Specialist to work remotely. You will be the primary point of contact for law firms and providers, handling high‑volume outbound calls, negotiating settlement terms, and ensuring case information is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers to gather case status updates or request additional information.
• Negotiate settlement terms with law firms and providers in a friendly and fair manner.
• Send, receive, and respond to emails related to case progress and inquiries.
• Research and track important information for special or complex cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Follow a daily task list to complete all scheduled work efficiently and on time.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and dedication to quality work.
• Hard‑working, self‑motivated, and able to manage a high volume of calls.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Enjoys professional phone interaction and clear spoken English.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Prior experience servicing financial products; knowledge of personal injury is a plus.

• Monthly salary ranging from $900 to $1,600 USD.
