Remote Sales Representative (LatAm) – Full-time, USD

About the role

Bridgeway Global Staffing is seeking proactive, phone‑first Sales Representatives to partner with growing U.S. home‑services companies such as HVAC, roofing, plumbing, and landscaping. The position is fully remote for candidates located in Latin America and follows U.S. business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads stored in the CRM.
• Send personalized follow‑up texts and voice notes to generate callbacks.
• Re‑engage silent leads and quotes by emphasizing value over discounts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve weekly activity targets.

Required profile

• Advanced or bilingual spoken English (C1/C2) for daily U.S. phone conversations.
• Proven experience in phone‑based sales, call‑center, or client‑facing roles.
• Ability to craft strong, human follow‑up messages independently.
• Quiet home office with stable internet, proper headset and computer.

Required skills

• Phone sales and cold‑calling techniques.
• CRM usage and data entry.
• English communication at advanced level.
