About the role
Microsoft’s Field & Scale Operations team is looking for a Services Customer Operations Manager to partner with sellers and cross‑functional partners. The role focuses on orchestrating complex services deals, removing operational friction, and ensuring high‑quality, compliant execution throughout the lead‑to‑cash lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with sellers to support services contract renewals and new opportunities, ensuring proper scoping and positioning.
- Orchestrate across finance, legal, billing, and delivery teams to eliminate blockers and maintain deal momentum.
- Conduct disciplined deal reviews to validate viability, sizing, and alignment with customer needs.
- Drive end‑to‑end contract execution, from qualification through delivery, while maintaining compliance and quality standards.
- Provide operational readiness and execution discipline to accelerate deal velocity.
Required profile
- Proactive leader who can independently remove operational obstacles.
- Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and action‑oriented judgment.
- Ability to work in a high‑trust, collaborative quote‑to‑cash environment.
