Inside Sales Representative – Account Management

About the role

Are you an effective salesperson who enjoys daily interactions with an established client base? TD SYNNEX is looking for an Inside Account Representative who can deliver results and provide exceptional customer service to our partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily relationship with assigned customers and act as the primary point of contact to support sales activities and drive business growth.
• Manage revenue and profitability objectives for assigned accounts by identifying opportunities to expand existing business and increase customer engagement.
• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs, recommend appropriate TD SYNNEX solutions, and support the full sales cycle.
• Work closely with Field Sales teams on proposals, presentations, business reviews, and strategic account initiatives.
• Maintain accurate account profiles, sales activities, and opportunity updates within CRM systems.

Required profile

• High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1‑3 years of experience in cold calling, sales development, B2B‑SMB, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
