Service & Experience Designer

About the role

Roche is looking for a Service & Experience Designer to join the ABX Core Design Team within Global M&CI Commercial Design. You will help shape how Roche engages healthcare systems, C‑suite leaders, and decision‑makers on large‑scale diagnostics deals, blending service design, UX/UI, and information design.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create and refine customer‑facing experiences such as event materials, sales touchpoints, booth designs, and digital content.
• Map and improve internal workflows, support roles, and backstage systems that enable scalable, high‑quality sales and marketing experiences.
• Design the UX/UI of commercial tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, dashboards) and ensure seamless integration with broader experience ecosystems.
• Contribute to the ongoing design of the ABX program, including global services, onboarding experiences, toolkits, and governance processes.
• Facilitate workshops, co‑design sessions, and visualize complex processes through maps, diagrams, and prototypes.

Required profile

• Curious, adaptable, and collaborative professional comfortable working in a science‑driven organization.
• Ability to move seamlessly between digital and non‑digital touchpoints.
• Strong communication skills for translating strategy into journeys, templates, and playbooks.
