AutoCAD Specialist

About the role

As a CBRE CAD Designer, you will design and prepare electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for small to medium‑scale projects. This role is part of the Design function and supports internal and external partners with proposals and planning applications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare prints of various original plans and records for internal and external agency use.
• Review updated drawings for changes using computer‑aided drafting techniques.
• Gather data by visiting sites, conduct space surveys and prepare detailed reports.
• Assist with development of spatially accurate maps and drawings.
• Serve as point of contact for internal and external partners to obtain project details.
• Collect on‑site information and input into database to maintain current building conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of experience and education) with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to follow existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
• English level B2 required.
