Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Travel Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them travel smart and achieve their business objectives. You will represent the company’s brand, delivering exceptional service and expert advice throughout the travel booking process.

Key responsibilities

• Search, book, and confirm travel reservations for clients using industry‑standard systems.
• Interpret and apply client travel policies to provide consistent, compliant advice.
• Handle regulatory requirements and ensure all travel documentation meets necessary standards.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date information on fares, exchange rates, penalties, and other industry details.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and commercial relationships, offering actionable suggestions.
• Maintain and expand knowledge of the various travel sectors supported by the company.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a travel agent or consultant.
• Strong understanding of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced proficiency with the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
