Senior Totango System Administrator

About the role

The Global Customer Experience Analytics team within HPE’s Networking Business Unit is looking for a senior Totango System Administrator to lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Totango Customer Success platform.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Totango SuccessBlocks, attributes, and modules.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls while ensuring GDPR and data‑governance compliance.
• Build and maintain automated workflows, triggers, and SuccessPlays for onboarding, adoption, renewal, and retention.
• Partner with the Principal Program Manager for Digital Customer Success and other stakeholders to drive platform adoption.
• Identify and resolve platform issues, collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
• Create segments, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable customer‑health insights.
• Deliver training, enablement materials, and support to Customer Success teams.
• Oversee data ingestion from upstream systems and ensure data quality and integrity.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Customer Success operations and lifecycle management.
• Experience administering Totango and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of data flows, integrations, and governance in customer‑facing systems.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
