Senior Technology Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead Corrigo and other variable technology implementation projects for JLL Technologies clients. The role is client‑facing, supporting multiple engagements across the US and EMEA time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary client‑facing lead on Corrigo and related technology implementations.
• Engage stakeholders, capture requirements, and apply SDLC principles throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver high‑quality project management with strong governance, documentation, and communication.
• Maintain project scope, budget, and financial forecasts (forecast, burn‑down, estimate to completion).
• Proactively manage expectations, risks, and issues.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation for client decision‑making.
• Facilitate regular user meetings across regions to drive adoption and improve experience.
• Support continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Build consultative relationships with key stakeholders and share best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of technology project management experience.
• Experience with Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across US and EMEA time zones.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational abilities.
