About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and evolve our project portfolio management (PPM) practices in Costa Rica. This role partners closely with Finance and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and effective resource planning.

Key responsibilities

Develop and continuously improve PPM standards, templates, methodology documentation, and operating playbooks.
Own revenue recognition reporting for the project portfolio, collaborating with Finance on close cycles and milestone‑driven revenue events.
Track cross‑project dependencies, surface portfolio‑level risks, and support resource capacity planning.
Provide data‑backed headcount recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

7+ years of program management, portfolio management, or PMO experience within Professional Services or Consulting.
Strong process design, documentation, and reporting skills, with a track record of building or scaling PMO infrastructure.
Hands‑on experience administering PSA or PPM tooling.
