Bilingual IT Systems & Support Engineer

About the role

SimSpace is seeking a proactive, automation‑minded IT Systems & Support Engineer to join its global IT team. The role blends daily employee support with systems engineering, SaaS governance, endpoint management, and workflow automation, aiming to improve reliability and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and govern SaaS applications, manage software inventory and licenses using tools such as Torii.
• Maintain and deploy endpoint configurations, updates, and security policies with Microsoft Intune (Windows) and Addigy (macOS), including zero‑touch provisioning.
• Design and maintain automated onboarding/offboarding workflows across HRIS, identity, and SaaS systems using JavaScript/Node.js, PowerShell, Bash and REST APIs.
• Co‑own daily support tickets, troubleshoot complex software, identity, hardware, and network issues, and create durable automated fixes.
• Produce clear IT documentation, runbooks, and self‑service guides while continuously improving processes.

Required profile

• Strong bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish for written, virtual, and in‑person interactions.
• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration, operations, or infrastructure support in a cloud‑forward environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune and Addigy (or comparable macOS management platform).
• Demonstrated experience with SaaS operations, identity management, and governance tools such as Torii, BetterCloud, Okta, or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Proven ability to build automation using JavaScript/Node.js, PowerShell, Bash, and REST APIs.
