Senior Technical Platform Specialist – Advertising Tech

About the role

Infillion’s Catalina CR team is looking for a client‑facing Senior Technical Platform Specialist to become the subject‑matter expert on MediaMath and other ad‑tech platforms. You will provide first‑line support, troubleshoot campaign issues, and help clients get the most out of our advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to Level 1 support cases for MediaMath and related platforms, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist with the setup, QA, and maintenance of online advertising campaigns, including creative trafficking, third‑party tag configuration, and data onboarding.
• Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and technical issues in collaboration with product owners.
• Produce clear documentation and guide users on best practices.
• Suggest and help implement automation to improve client experience and internal processes.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years experience with online advertising technology (MediaMath, DoubleClick, Xandr, Flashtalking, etc.).
• Hands‑on experience with campaign setup, QA, troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Understanding of RTB, DSP, DMP, and dynamic ad serving fundamentals.
• Proficiency in HTML, Python, SQL, jQuery, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web debugging tools such as Firebug, HTTPFox, Fiddler, Chrome Dev Console.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF/COUNTIF, data analysis formulas).
