Senior Systems Engineer – Datacenter Cloud Services

About the role

CRG Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design, implement, operate, and continuously improve hybrid cloud and datacenter infrastructure for a key client. The role combines deep technical expertise with strategic input, supporting daily operations and driving automation across the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, maintain, and support hybrid cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Linux, Hyper‑V, Nutanix, and SAN storage technologies.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure incidents.
• Lead infrastructure changes and provide technical guidance during critical issues.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours support.
• Develop automation and orchestration solutions using PowerShell or Python.
• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical specifications, testing procedures, and operational documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or datacenter services.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to participate in an on‑call support rotation.
