Senior Staff IT Architect – Windows Endpoint

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Staff IT Architect who will serve as one of the enterprise Windows architects. In this strategic role you will design, govern, and review Windows endpoint solutions that support business partner requests and product enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Produce scalable, secure Windows architecture and solution designs for business initiatives.
• Participate in and help run the Windows Architecture Review Board, approving endpoint‑impacting changes.
• Perform formal architecture reviews, risk assessments, and provide remediation or alternative designs.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts such as reference architectures, decision records, technical standards, and review checklists.
• Define and enforce Windows baselines, hardening guidance, and configuration expectations in partnership with the Device Configuration team.
• Influence vendor selection and evaluate solutions for Windows‑centric components.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in Windows endpoint architecture.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical blueprints and reference designs.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work with product owners, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
