About the role
Cargill seeks a senior professional to ensure the accuracy, security and effective use of complex data across the organization. The role involves developing and governing policies, standards and processes that align with regulatory requirements and business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data management and governance strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Define and enforce standards for data storage, integration, consumption and lifecycle management.
- Lead data quality initiatives, set metrics, conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
- Create and operationalize data governance policies, risk and compliance controls.
- Provide training to improve data literacy and accountability across the enterprise.
Required profile
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, typically 5+ years.
- Demonstrated expertise as a domain authority in data management, governance and compliance.
