About the role

Amazon Autos is transforming vehicle discovery and shopping by connecting customers with their ideal cars. As a Senior Seller Success Manager you will lead a team of Seller Success Managers, driving growth for automotive dealers on the Amazon marketplace while delivering an exceptional dealer experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with dealer accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and monitoring satisfaction, health, and engagement.
  • Identify and execute data‑driven growth strategies, presenting customized solutions that help dealers exceed business goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improving selection quality, pricing competitiveness, and customer experience.
  • Partner with dealer leadership to develop strategic account plans that unlock new revenue streams and scale their Amazon presence.
  • Manage escalations, provide solutions, and ensure healthy account operations.
  • Champion process improvements, drive adoption of new tools, and share best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Seller Experience, Operations, Product, Program Management) to advocate for dealer needs.

Required profile

  • Proven experience managing dealer or B2B relationships in an e‑commerce or automotive environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth plans.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior‑level dealer contacts.
  • Track record of delivering measurable business growth and handling complex escalations.
