Sales Executive (English & Spanish)

About the role

The Sales Executive will handle quote requests from customers contacting the agency through various channels, creating tailored itineraries for independent travellers and groups. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure high‑quality service and promote Costa Rican tourism products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quotes and design bespoke itineraries for independent travellers and groups.
• Prepare and review travel documents for clients.
• Follow up on tourist service requests via email and telephone.
• Hold meetings with clients in person or online and regular meetings with the sales team.
• Support the Sales Manager with assigned tasks and participate in product inspections.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the tourism sector.
• Two references from recent employers.
• Advanced English conversational and written skills (certificate required).
• Knowledge of Costa Rican tourism products and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Clean criminal record check.
