Senior Research Consultant - Americas

About the role

Appinio is seeking a Senior Research Consultant to join its Research Consulting Team serving the Americas and Latin America region. You will act as a trusted advisor to B2B clients, guiding them through the full market research lifecycle and delivering actionable insights through compelling storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define research objectives, select methodologies, and design studies.
• Develop bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as usage & attitude, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff, and conjoint analysis.
• Set up questionnaires and manage fieldwork on the Appinio platform.
• Interpret data, generate actionable recommendations, and produce in‑depth reports with visual design.
• Present insights to clients with a focus on clear storytelling and impact.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on project scoping for new customers.
• Manage multiple projects and contribute to the strategic development of the consulting team and product portfolio.
• Integrate AI capabilities across research steps in partnership with the Product team.

Required profile

• More than 6 years of end‑to‑end market research experience, primarily consulting B2B clients.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative methods, statistics, and survey design.
• Proven ability to create and deliver reports in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Demonstrated skill in turning data into clear, actionable insights.
