About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Engineer, Quality Assurance to support its Orthopaedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will provide high‑performance guidance for the development, maintenance and compliance of the company’s Quality Management System. The Orthopaedics division is focused on next‑generation, less invasive and personalized treatments across joint reconstruction, trauma, sports, spine, robotics and digital surgery.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide and support the implementation and upkeep of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the Orthopaedics portfolio.
  • Collaborate with business partners to lead quality system standardisation activities.
  • Ensure QMS processes meet internal and regulatory requirements, especially during the planned separation to DePuy Synthes.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in quality assurance within a regulated environment.
  • Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and provide leadership on quality initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of quality system standards and compliance.
