3Pillar Global is seeking a Senior QA Performance Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives across innovative projects spanning urban living, media channels, and healthcare solutions. In this senior role you will champion quality excellence, mentor junior engineers, and ensure that products meet the highest performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical Lead or Product Development Manager to create comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals.
• Lead test design and oversee execution of high‑impact testing activities, ensuring thorough coverage and efficient resource use.
• Expand and enhance automation frameworks, identifying opportunities to improve testing processes and tool adoption.
• Act as the primary QA liaison for development and product teams, fostering transparent communication and integration of QA results into the development lifecycle.
• Support project management and quality advocacy, helping drive continuous improvement across the organization.
