About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives for our remote‑first team based in Costa Rica or Mexico. The role focuses on delivering omnichannel, loyalty, marketplace and front‑end projects using both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor end‑to‑end digital projects from inception to launch.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Manage project budgets, risks and issues, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence to track progress, documentation and reporting.
- Integrate AI agents and large language models such as ChatGPT, Claude and GitHub Copilot into project workflows.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects.
- Proven ability to work with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with senior‑level stakeholders.
- Experience managing remote, cross‑functional teams.
