Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead the execution of digital initiatives such as omni‑channel platforms, loyalty programs, marketplaces, and front‑end projects. The role requires strong ownership of projects from concept through delivery, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and budgets for complex digital programs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including business users, architects, QA, release, and engineering.
• Utilize Atlassian tools (JIRA for execution, Confluence for reporting) to track progress and communicate status.
• Integrate AI agents and large language models (Claude, Co‑pilot, ChatGPT) into project solutions.
• Drive metric‑based performance management and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital domains.
• Proven record of delivering projects from inception to implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing budgets and leading metric‑driven teams.
• PMP or CSM certification is a plus.
