Senior Project Manager

About the role

Emerson is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead moderate to high‑complexity Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects. You will work independently while receiving mentorship, applying Emerson’s Project Management Execution Process to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for Tier 2 & 3 projects, including scope, schedule, cost baseline, and contract terms.
• Apply Emerson’s TP2000/PATH tools and project execution standards.
• Coordinate procurement, monitor progress, and proactively address deviations.
• Produce and publish project deliverables such as schedules, RFIs, and status reports.
• Lead communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent information flow.
• Motivate project teams, drive performance, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and work with mentors to refine execution practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex industrial projects (Tier 2/3).
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior managers and mentors.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with effective communication abilities.
