Senior Project Manager – Global CRM Implementations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, global CRM migrations and technical implementations that improve seller and client experiences across Experian’s sales and customer‑experience functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for complex, technical programs spanning multiple regions.
• Manage migrations and implementations of CRM, CPQ, CLM, and billing systems.
• Partner with business and product owners to secure alignment and drive change management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate status, risks, and updates to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Analyze pre‑ and post‑project outcomes to continuously improve future deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with project‑management methodologies and governance standards.

Required profile

• PMP certification and at least 5 years of experience applying project‑management methodologies.
• Proven track record delivering technical projects at scale in a global environment.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and experience implementing Agile projects.
• Demonstrated change‑management experience or formal training.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business partners.
